Day-by-Day Itinerary

Please note that the below sample itinerary is not representative of your final itinerary (unless you choose not to personalize it further). The purpose of this itinerary is to provide you with a general idea of what your day might look like. Your actual day-by-day itinerary will be fully customized to suit your trip schedule and specific needs.

Day 1

Get ready for the trip of a lifetime! Today, you’ll board your flight from the United States to London, England.

Day 2

Welcome to London! Upon arrival, you will go through customs and immigration. A representative will be waiting for you as you exit immigration to transfer you to your hotel.

Once you arrive at your hotel, check in and begin the afternoon with a traditional lunch of fish and chips in any of the quaint pubs to be found throughout London. Afterwards, make your way to check out St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London which are all within walking distance. As night approaches, make your way to Leicester Square, the center of London cinema, for dinner and a show. This West End area is full of restaurants and bars sure to please every budget, with plenty of music and entertainment on hand!

Day 3

Get up early to make the most of your day, and head to some of the nearby attractions such as Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. Head to No.10 Downing Street to see where the Prime Minister lives, then continue your city adventure as you check out the iconic Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

After a long day of exploring, why not stop for afternoon tea at a local café? We recommend booking a ticket for the London Eye and a Thames River Cruise, so you can see the best views in all of London from two different perspectives.

Day 4

Today, the British Museum (free to enter!) is a must-see - it houses over 8 million works from across the world. Then take a trip to Covent Garden to see local street performers and indulge in a spot of shopping.

If you’re an art buff, consider visiting the National Portrait Gallery to see hundreds of thousands of portraits spanning five centuries. As it’s your final night in London, make your way to Piccadilly Circus to see the bright lights and pretty memorial fountain. Grab dinner at a local pub or fine-dining restaurant, then catch a show at the Criterion Theatre or Leicester Square if you haven’t done so already.

Day 5

It’s time to experience the Irish charm! After breakfast in London, you’ll board your flight for a quick trip across the pond to Dublin. If you’d like a transfer to the airport, just let us know and we can arrange this for you.

Upon arrival in Dublin, you’ll clear customs and immigrations before making your own way to your hotel. Start your afternoon with a typically Irish lunch of stew and soda bread, which you can find at any of the pubs in the city. The Guinness Storehouse is a must-see; visit and learn how to pour your own perfect pint! This evening, roam the quaint cobbled streets of Temple Bar and soak up the atmosphere of the buzzing pubs and bars in the area.

Day 6

Another day of leisurely sightseeing today - why not head to Trinity College to see a quintessentially Irish learning institution, or stroll along Grafton Street for some of the best shopping opportunities in the city. There's a plethora of other museums, galleries and cathedrals to check out too.

Day 7

Make the most of your final day in Dublin with an early start. Dedicate the day to exploring the north and west areas of Dublin, from the Irish Museum of Modern Art in the West to the National Museum of Ireland in the north. As it’s your last night, why not splurge on an amazing dinner at the Tea Room of Clarence Hotel? Or, if you’re a fully-fledged Dubliner by this point, head to a local pub for tasty comfort food.

Day 8

Say farewell to Dublin as you depart your hotel for the airport to start your journey home. Just let us know if you’d like to book a transfer.

Additional Days

Should you wish to add extra days to existing cities/destinations or add new destinations to your pre-designed package, you will be able to do so during the submission process. Note that this will incur additional planning fees per additional day at checkout. Your final package cost will also change depending on how many additional travel components are needed for the extra days.
