Custom Trip Pricing
Each additional partial or full week is an additional $500.
Additional travelers $250 per person/trip
*Our total days counted from the day you depart from the departure city to the day you return. It included travel days, all in-destination days as well as the business portion (if any) of your trip. The total days is regardless whether you came to us with flights already booked, you are planning to book your own flights or we’re booking these flights for you.
For example, let say you are planning to visit London, Paris & Rome on this trip. Your flight departs on Nov 1 from Atlanta and arrive on Nov 2 in London. After London, you have 5 days in Paris where you’ll be in the business conference for 3 days before heading to spend the rest of your time in Rome. You are returning from this trip from Rome and arrive in Atlanta on Nov 20. Your travel dates are Nov 1-20 and your total days with us is 20 days.
NOTE: MultiCityTrips’ planning fee is non-refundable and is to be paid during the submission process before the planning officially begins for your trip. The actual cost of your custom trip package is separate from this planning fee, and you will not be charged until the time of booking. Therefore, no payment is taken until you are completely happy with every aspect of your journey, your tailor-made itinerary, and the final cost of your package.
